o Added the following legacy ASME B31 piping codes with the option to calculate "Stress Intensification Factors (SIFs)" and "Flexibility Factors (FFs)" using either "Appendix D" or "ASME B31J". Refer to the respective "Piping Code Compliance" sections in the CAEPIPE Code Compliance Manual for details.
	 o ASME B31.1 (2018)
	 o ASME B31.3 (2018)
	 o ASME B31.4 (2019)
	 o ASME B31.9 (2017)
	 o ASME B31.12 IP (2019)
	 o ASME B31.12 PL (2019)
o CAEPIPE can now be used for piping/tubing analysis under different gravitational environments, enabling analysis on Earth, Space Stations, Satellites and other Planetary bodies such as the Moon and Mars. See the Analysis section in the CAEPIPE User's Manual for more information.
o Included a new Autodesk's REVIT Add-In with CAEPIPE 3D+ to import piping layouts from REVIT MEP Systems and Fabrication Systems through the PCF format. Refer to the CAEPIPE 3D+ for PCF section in the CAEPIPE 3D+ User's Manual for additional information.
o New feature is added to compute Maximum Loads and Soil Restraints for buried piping using the American Lifelines Alliance (ALA 2001) methodology in addition to the default CAEPIPE method. Refer to the American Lifelines Alliance (ALA) section in the CAEPIPE Code Compliance Manual for details.
o Introduced a new Sustained Oper (W+P) load case that re-runs the Sustained Analysis using the status of Resting Supports (i.e., Vertical Limit Stops) at the end of iterations for Operating 1 load case (W+P1+T1). This option is available through Layout Window > Loads > Load Cases. With this enhancement, CAEPIPE now supports up to 120 load cases and Support Load Summary for more than 310 load combinations.
o New feature is added to show Wind/Wave Direction in Graphic Screen. This can be performed through Layout Window > Loads > Wind/Wave > Show.
o Enhanced the print routine to automatically include Stress Layout Graphics, Stress Plots, Stress Ratio Plots, and Deflection Plots, simplifying the generation of comprehensive stress analysis reports.
o Added a log file for components that do not satisfy the EN 13480-3 or ASME B31J requirements for SIF calculations. Instead of displaying individual dialog boxes, CAEPIPE now generates a log file in the same folder as where the model is stored.
o New feature is added to detect Location cards that reference to nodes not present in the piping layout. This feature can be accessed through Layout Window > Misc > Check Locations.
o The "Refine Nodal Mesh" for Buried Piping and Dynamic Analysis has been enhanced. Additionally, when a pipe element connects to a bend or jbend, the refinement is now based on the distance measured from the face of the bend or jbend to the preceding node.
o Improved the Multi-Split command to divide pipe elements more accurately. When a bend or jbend follows a straight pipe, the segment between the previous node and the near face of the bend is split into equal-length sections based on the specified number of splits.
o New feature is added to exclude Snow & ICE data from the Print routine when it is not included in the analysis.
o Enhanced CAEPIPE 3D+ for PCF to prevent unintended pipe merging when a support node is located between two closely spaced long pipes and the angle between the pipe start point and the support node is less than 1.
o Enhanced CAEPIPE 3D+ for PCF to correctly transfer Material Descriptions containing embedded blank spaces from the PCF file to the CAEPIPE model.
o MBF format is updated to be compatible with CAEPIPE Version 15.10. See Appendix A of CAEPIPE Users Manual for details.
o CAEPIPE Users Manual, Technical Reference Manual, Code Compliance Manual and Verification Manual have been enhanced and updated to be in line with the software version 15.10. These Manuals can be downloaded from the link www.sstusa.com/caepipe-docs.php.
o Bug Correction: While refining the nodal mesh for Buried Piping or Dynamic Analysis, the program was inserting rows that lacked node numbers and offset values (DX, DY, and DZ) whenever the newly generated node number exceeded 99999.
o Bug Correction: Merging the models that contain multi-level/uniform response spectrum with same name in both the stress models was issuing "Access Violation".
o Bug Correction: Axial force and Bolt Circle data are not shown in Flange Report Display and Output to Printer when the Flange Equivalent Pressure is computed as per EN 13480-3.
o Bug Correction: Additional Weight input in the Load is not printed properly in the output (TXT and Hardcopy Print).
o Bug Correction: Opening the results file multiple times without closing CAEPIPE caused the Resultant Force and Resultant Moment values in the Nozzle Support Load Summary to change unpredictably. The reported values now remain consistent regardless of how many times the results file is opened.
o Bug Correction: Buried Soil Restraints corresponding to Operating1 (W+P1+T1) were used for Operating3 (W+P3+T3) load case from CAEPIPE Versions 7.00 through 15.00.

o Bug Correction: Tensile Strength values were missing in the Material Library file B313-2024.mat.
o Bug Correction: When selecting a material from a library file with a version earlier than 10.60 that uses an analysis code other than B31.1, B31.3, B31.9, B31.12 IP, Z183, Z184 and Z662, and applying it to a model whose analysis code is one of the codes listed above, the Tensile Strength value was incorrectly assigned to the Yield Stress field. For example, when selecting a material from the library file EN 13480-2012.mat for a layout using the analysis code ASME B31.1 (2024), the system incorrectly mapped the Tensile Strength value to the Yield Stress value.

Since the computed f value should be less than or equal to 1.0 for the codes listed above, it is rounded to 1.0 internally.
o Bug Correction: For Piping Code = NONE, even though CAEPIPE versions 10.50 through 12.20 allowed the user to input specified displacements for Seismic, and similarly, CAEPIPE versions 12.00 through 12.20 allowed the user to input specified displacements for Wind, these specified displacements were not included in the CAEPIPE analysis. From version 13.00, a new feature is added to include these specified displacements in the analysis, the results of which are added "algebraically" to all other STATIC load case results.
o Bug Correction: If the model contained ONLY Generic Supports, the Specified displacements input at Generic Supports under Seismic 1, Seismic 2 and Seismic 3 load cases were not included in the analysis. This bug exists in CAEPIPE Versions 12.00 through 12.20.
o Bug Correction: SSTLM Version of CAEPIPE was altering the License information of a Borrowed License when the option Layout Window > Help > Renew / Repair Activation Key is selected.

o Bug Correction: Responding to "Save changes" dialog was not performing any action when the command "Analyze" was selected without saving the model.
o Bug Correction: For Piping Code = NONE, in von Mises stress computation, CAEPIPE was using the In-plane and Out-of-plane SIFs corresponding to the "From" Node for the "To" Node also. This bug exists from CAEPIPE Versions 5.10 through 12.10. This does not alter the pressure calculations results in 2007 edition of the code as the W (weld strength reduction factor) was introduced only in 2010. Reanalyze your models by re-importing the material from the supplied [updated] B311-2010.mat ONLY if they use A335 at high temperatures (> 800 deg. F).

o Bug Correction: The direction vector entered as non-unit vector for local x and y axes were not normalized before printing global element forces for Elastic element.
o NOTE For B31.3(2008) users: As per para 302.3.4, fm = maximum value of stress range factor; 1.2 for ferrous materials with specified minimum tensile strengths <= 517 MPa and at Metal temperatures <= 371 deg C(700 deg F). This criteria is not implemented in CAEPIPE as the provision for entering the minimum tensile strength in material property is not available at this time. Hence f <= 1.0 for all materials including Ferrous materials.
